URGENT HELP FOR OSCAR – DONATIONS NEEDED – PLEASE SHARE
Oscar is a 4 year old Maltese Mix that recently arrived in care with us, it was quickly noticed he was lame and painful on his back leg. A quick rush to the vets and it was revealed Oscar has Patellar Luxation in not only one leg but both!
Patellar luxation occurs when the dog's kneecap (patella) is dislocated from its normal anatomic position in the groove of the thigh bone (femur).
There are generally 3 different grades of luxating patellar and sadly Oscars is the worst. Oscar has been put on bed rest and booked in for the earliest appointment with our vets which is just 8 days away.
We need to raise $1500 by then. Just $5 from each and every one of you would get us over the line. Please chip in to help our poor Oscar.
