Our dear friend Brenda Jankelowitz (Bluma bat Chaim Elchanan Z’’L), was so very passionate about Jewish education.

Brenda had a deep love and commitment to Moriah College, which was never more apparent than when she showed prospective families around the school. Her genuine devotion to the College shone through in everything that she did and there are so many children that enjoy a Jewish education today, because of Brenda’s enthusiastic, warm and authentic welcome. This will always be her legacy.

Brenda’s impact on all of us was acknowledged by the monumental outpouring of grief that was displayed by thousands in our community, at her passing.

We can’t think of a better way to create a suitable memorial to Brenda than to invite the whole community to contribute towards establishing a bursary in her name, which will provide more children with access to a Moriah College education.

In honour and in memory of Brenda, we invite you to join us and make a gift today that is meaningful to you.

Your gift could be $18, $180 or $1,800 or another amount of your choosing. When pooled with our own gift and the support of many others in our community, our goal is to reach $150,000 to fulfil Brenda’s wish to make dreams come true for families who prioritise a Jewish education for their children and find the financial obligation too great.   Your generous gift will help to provide access to all that a Moriah education offers (including Brenda's love of music, sports, and Jewish life and learning).

We invite you to help us to make it happen so that a child may commence Year K in Term 1, 2019.

Your actions today will help bring Brenda's vision to life.

Thank you.

Andy, Owen and Max
