Dear Loyal Followers, you know the love we have for animals and the need to help them.
Our vet project has stalled so I’m reaching out to you tonight to see if we can come together to achieve something amazing but we can’t do it alone.
If I said we could, we would be lying and if you guys have taught me anything, it’s too ask if I need help, you taught me it’s ok to say I’m worried or scared that it’s not going to happen. We’ve come so far in such a short time so we aren’t giving up, we are asking if you can find in your heart to dig deep to get this dream off the ground. It’s not for us, it’s for them. We have just about finished renovating the clinic, we bought some new equipment but as the last step to being able to open, critically, we still need some very vital equipment as well as we need to stock up with all the medications.
This will be game changing.. for our animals. For our precious animals doing it tough. We know there is a real need to help those people struggling to get affordable vet treatment for their beloved animals and as we have personally seen numerous times, animals have suffered until their owners could afford to treat them or euthanise them.
We are so close but so far.... We still need to raise $50,000 to make this happen. It’s a lot of money but this will save lives. Lots of them! Just last week, two local rescue groups rescued dogs from Dubbo but sadly they had parvo. So far 1 rescue has only 1 survival out of 8 and the other has 2.
They travelled vet to vet looking for help and time and time again they were sent away until they found vets that would assist but it cost them thousands of dollars as no one wanted to help them. We will not be that vet that turns animals away in need or make the cost so unaffordable that people choose the cheapest options (euthanasia). Help us help them please.
Let’s not allow their deaths be in vain. Help us reach our target, this is urgent, our precious animals can’t wait. We’ve spend so much time getting this ready, we need to get the funds to get us over the line. Just $5 from each and every one of you would help us so much. It’s just the cost of your next cup of coffee but one that will go directly to help saving a life.
Can you donate to help save a life? It doesn’t matter how small or large. It all helps
